4.2 Clients receive a limited license to use the photographs for personal or pre-agreed purposes.

4.4 Igor Wojtaszek Photography reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client before the session.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
5.3 Sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or illness, and we will work with you to find an alternative date.
